The remaining equity for the 2025/26 Wheat Flexi-starter Pool has now been distributed to participants, delivering another strong outcome.
In the Geraldton Zone, the final FIS equivalent equity values were $350.79 per tonne for APW1, and $330.79 per tonne for AWW1. These results represent a $12.47 and $16.92 per tonne return above the average cash price throughout the same marketing period for APW1 and AWW1 respectively.
The Pool took advantage of early sales opportunities, securing sales ahead of harvest and capturing favourable pricing.
A proactive foreign exchange strategy was maintained throughout the year, with the Pool staying ahead of the strengthening AUD, enhancing overall Pool performance and returns.
