Enjoy flavours showcasing WA grain origins

A taste of Japan

As a guest at our Sundowner, you’ll enjoy delicious cocktail cuisine and Japanese delicacies.

Made from WA wheat, traditional udon noodles by Hifumiya Noodle House will be served, accompanied by Japanese Wagyu beef imported from our customer ZEN-NOH. This beef delicacy is made possible thanks to ~500,000 tonnes of WA feed barley exported annually to ZEN-NOH's feedmills in Japan.

Enjoy with chilled beverages from Rocky Ridge Brewery and Vasse Felix wines, and deluxe tastings of iichiko barley Shochu.
