We recently held a Pink Ribbon Breakfast across all of our offices. It’s a cause that’s very close to our hearts, and I’m sure it is for many of you too, especially as some of our staff and their partners have been directly affected by this awful disease. Andrew Taylor, Theta’s Head of Product and a Trustee of Breast Cancer NZ (BCNZ), shared an overview of the important work BCNZ has done, and continues to do. Thanks to the generosity of our staff and everyone who wore pink on the day, we exceeded our fundraising target, raising almost $3,000! I even got a chance to don my big pink glasses again - see if you can spot me below.
In other news, I’m pleased to share that our recent staff satisfaction survey delivered another strong result, scoring 13 points above the ‘excellent’ benchmark. It’s encouraging to see our workplace continues to be highly regarded by our people, and we know that has a direct and positive impact on our customers too.
Congratulations are also in order. Theta was recently named Aptean Partner of the Year, and our Head of Dynamics 365, Joerg Rau, was named Partner Advisory Council Member of the Year 2025. We've worked with Aptean for many years to support ERP solutions for food & beverage manufacturing companies.
In this edition of the newsletter, there’s plenty to explore, from a discussion on why GenAI proofs of concept often fall short in production to a recap of our recent adventure race for Cure Kids. I hope you find it a valuable read.
Kind regards
